1. You react on one of our open opportunities or you send us your CV.
   We will look into detail at your CV and profile and try to mach this as much as possible towards our opportunities on that moment. Of course we always keep in mind qualities, experience, requested price and demographic conditions.
2. If a proposal towards our client has been made and they want to have an interview with you, we always arrange an upfront meeting between you and the sales of aariXa. This can be quite formal or even technical in some cases. This way we can assure our clients our full commitment concerning the candidate (you, that is).
3. If the customer agrees, our corporation can start !

Our goal is to provide more than just a project but also guidance and follow-up during and after the project. Of course the administrative matter is part of this, and we are known “to always pay in time”.
